Financial Aid Available for Eligible Students
The 2025–26 FAFSA is Now Open!
If you’re planning to attend college anytime between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, you can now fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®).
Students and parents can complete the form online at FAFSA.gov.

Other Funding Sources
We encourage students to seek outside funding opportunities. Information can be obtained from library resource books and professional organizations and alumni organizations.
Scholarships
- National Health Service Corp – Provides full tuition and stipend scholarships with a service pay-back commitment through employment with the National Health Service Corp.
- U.S. Public Health Commission Corps – Provides assistance through the Junior and Senior Commissioned Officer Student Training and Extern Programs.
- Nursing Scholarship Program – The Nurse Reinvestment Act provides scholarships through the Nursing Scholarship Program. Funding preference is given to qualified bachelor’s students who demonstrate significant financial need.
General Nursing
- Foundation of the National Student Nurses’ Association – This non-profit foundation awards scholarships for undergraduate nursing study.
- Nurses’ Educational Funds, Inc – This non-profit foundation awards scholarships for graduate nursing study.
- After College/AACN Nursing Scholarship Fund – This program supports students who are seeking a baccalaureate, master’s or doctoral degree in nursing.
- AmeriCorps Program – Provides educational awards in return for work in community service.

Loan Repayment Assistance
Some employers offer loan repayment assistance or sign-on bonuses to assist you with your nursing education loan debt. Inquire about this benefit when you interview.
